༄༅། །རིག་འཛིན་དཔལ་འབྱོར་གྱིས་བསྐུལ་བའི་གསོལ་འདེབས་བསྡུས་པ།
A Short Prayer Requested by Rikdzin Paljor1
from A Shower of Precious Blessings
ཨོྃ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ། རིག་པའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་པདྨ་འོད་འབར་གྱི། །
om ah hung, rigpé gyelpo pema öbar gyi
Oṃ āḥ hūṃ! To the manifold display of Blazing Light Lotus—sovereign of awareness—
རྣམ་པར་རོལ་པ་བླ་མ་ཡི་དམ་དང་། །
nampar rölpa lama yidam dang
the gurus, the yidams, the dakinis, and the Dharma protectors,
མཁའ་འགྲོ་ཆོས་སྐྱོང་ཁྱད་པར་སངས་རྒྱས་གླིང་། །
khandro chökyong khyepar sangyé ling
and particularly to Sangyé Lingpa
བླ་མ་དགོངས་འདུས་ལྷ་ལ་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས། །
lama gongdü lha la sölwa dep
and the deities of the Assembled Realization of the Gurus2—to all of you, I pray and bow!
རིག་པ་ཐབས་མཆོག་ཁྲག་འཐུང་བདུད་འདུལ་གླིང་། །
rigpa tap chok traktung düdül ling
To awareness, the supreme method, the blood drinker Düdül Lingpa;
སྟོང་པའི་བདག་ཉིད་གསང་ཡུམ་མེ་ཏོག་འཆང་། །
tongpé daknyi sang yum metok chang
to the identity of emptiness, the secret consort, Flower Holder;
རིག་སྟོང་དབྱེར་མེད་མཆོག་གྱུར་གླིང་པའི་ངང་། །
riktong yermé chokgyur lingpé ngang
to awareness and emptiness indivisible, Chokgyur Lingpa—
གསོལ་བ་འདེབས་སོ་བདག་རྒྱུད་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས། །
sölwa dep so dak gyü chingyi lop
to all of you, I pray and bow! Please bless my mindstream!
གནས་སྐབས་བདེ་སྐྱིད་ཉེས་ཞི་ལེགས་འཕེལ་ནས། །
nekap dekyi nyé zhi lek pel né
In this temporary state, may we have bliss and joy,may negativity be subdued, and may the positive increase.
རྫོགས་ལྡན་དང་པོའི་དཔལ་ལ་སྤྱོད་གྱུར་ནས། །
dzokden dangpö pel la chö gyur né
May we enjoy the splendor of the first eon, the Golden Age,
འཆི་ཚེ་པདྨ་འོད་དུ་མྱུར་བགྲོད་ཤོག །
chi tsé pema ö du nyur drö shok
and at death go swiftly to the palace of Lotus Light!
ཨོྃ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་བཛྲ་གུ་རུ་དྷེ་ཝ་དྷཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་ཕ་ལ་ཧཱུྃ་ཨཱཿ
om ah hung vajra guru deva dakini sarva siddhi phala hung ah
oṃ āḥ hūṃ vajra-guru-deva-ḍākini sarva-siddhi-phala hūṃ āḥ
མང་དུ་བཟླས།
Recite this mantra many times.
འདི་ལྟང་དགོས་ཞེས་སྔགས་འཆང་རིག་འཛིན་དཔལ་འབྱོར་གྱིས་བསྐུལ་ངོར། ངེད་རང་ལ་གསོལ་འདེབས་འོས་མེད་ཀྱང་ཉིད་ཚང་གིས་ངེད་རང་ལ་རག་གན་ གསེར་དུ་མཐོང་འདུག་པས། དད་པའི་ངོ་མི་ལྡོག་པའི་ཕྱིར་བྲིས་པ་འདི། ཁྱི་སོའི་རིང་བསྲེལ་གྱི་དཔེ་ལྟར་ལྷག་བསམ་བཟང་པོས་མགྱོགས་པར་བྲིས། འོན་ཀྱང་ངེད་རང་ཞན་ན་ཡང་། གུ་རུ་རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབས་ཤས་ཆེ།།
This was written at the heartfelt request of the mantradhara Rikdzin Paljor, who said he was in need of something like this. Even though I am not worthy of prayer and entreatment, nonetheless, since he and his family perceive me like brass that is mistaken for gold, I have written this in order not to undermine their faith. Bringing to mind the instance of relics appearing from a dog’s tooth,3 I composed this quickly with positive and pure intention. For even though I myself am lowly, Guru Rinpoché’s blessings are extraordinarily powerful.
